Egyptian fashion designer Mohamed Abdel Wahed's T-shirts designs presented last summer and his current winter collection, which include magical graphic designs on sweatshirts and hoodies, confirm his unique talent.
Abdel Wahed, who studies applied arts, enjoys an excellent talent in both creativity and imagination.
"I use materials that were manufactured with special specifications," Abdel Wahed says. "All I focus on is spreading my art and my own fashion style, which is a bold taste and only certain people would love to wear it."
"I try to attract the largest number of followers and make them accustomed to this taste," he added.
*Remodeling ideas & changing taste
Designers take initiatives to change some ideas to members of society, and most of their designs are usually inspired by the streets, cinema or cartoon figures.
"I am really amazed at the way both young men and women think. They love lions for no reason and hate owls, even though they are one of the birds that are thought to bring good luck in some western countries." the Egyptian designer noted.
"I try to eliminate the idea of optimism and pessimism in our society using cheerful colors and expressive designs. What I make sure is to provide a special spirit for the designs and a different personality because we are not less than any international brand." he pointed out.
* Message to the world
Abdel Wahed is interested in providing a message to the world, through his experience from working with several international brands.
The young designer says he offers international quality to the local brand, adding that Egyptians have a very good taste for fashion and interacting with it more than other nationalities.
"We know how to provide high-end fashion, better than the one on the global market," he said.
* Competitive advantage
The designer is keen to provide high quality and distinctive designs that along with the appropriate price that is equal to or less than international brands prices in Egypt to have a competitive advantage over them.
These are the main reasons for having a competitive advantage strategy and establish a brand's presence locally or even globally.
At the beginning of Adel Wahed's career, he met with a big Arab investor, who offered to open a brand for him in an Arab country, however, the fashion designer refused because his group are all Egyptians and they plan to grow together starting from their home country or through e-commerce.

Adel Wahed has presented Sada El-Balad English (SEE) with an exclusive video of his new winter collection.
He said that his advertising team are all young and ambitious people, who love their job. "From the start, I planned to work with aspiring young adults to be a catalyst for them and help them grow together. Young people are full of enthusiasm and working with new experiences gives me the challenge that I enjoy at work," he concluded.
