On Friday, iconic Jordanian director and producer Adnan Al Awamleh passed away at the age of 73 years old.
His funeral will be held after the arrival of Al Awamleh's body from Dubai to Amman.
The director was the founder of the prestigious Arab Telemedia Group in 1983 which enriched the Arab drama with unforgettable works such as "Namr Bin Adwan," and "Wadha Wi Bin Aaglan."

In 2008, he was awarded Emmy Award for Best Telenovela for the dramatic series Al-Ijtiyah (The Invasion).
He also worked with several international media agencies for producing and making documentaries such as the BBC.
A number of Jordanian drama stars mourned the director's death such as Zuhair Al Nubani, Bassam Hajjawi, and Amal Dabbas.
