Feb. 9 (SEE)- About 176 persons died due to dengue fever and
692 persons infected in Indonesia.
According to
The Indonesian newspaper "Jakarta Post" the number of death cases
increased from 169 in one day.
The director
of insect diseases and animal diseases Nadia Tirmizi said that the increase in
death number was due to delay in treating patients. She pointed to this disease
has the same symptoms of influenza, sometimes it develops to be very dangerous
if not treated immediately.
