Lovato announced her therapy campaign through a video. In the video, she opened up about how therapy helped her find her true voice and freedom.

Talkspace is an online and mobile therapy company that was founded by Oren and Roni Frank in 2012 and is based in New York.
Talkspace allows its users access to certified therapist whether it is on the Talkspace website or the mobile app that is available on iOS and Android.
