This vegetable soup is like medicine, for stomach and health . You must eat this soup day and night!. It is easy ,delicious and give our bodies all elements we need in fall and winter
Ingredients
For the Soup:
1 onion, chopped
Olive oil
2 leeks, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced
2 potatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 chili pepper, minced (optional, for spice) ...
Steps
Put the oil on the fire in a medium-sized pot
Add the onions and stir for a minute until they soften, then add the leeks and celery
After a while, add the carrots, stir a little, then add the rest of the ingredients one by one, stirring constantly
Add the home-made soup or add a ready-made soup stock cube and add water as desired
We can add a grated tomato, or we can add a little pasta
