Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, Minister of Defense and Military Production honored, Sunday, the Egyptian Mrs. Safia Abu Al-Azm, known as the "Lady of the Train." A number of retired Armed Forces leaders attended the event.
Zaki also honored the soldier, the hero of the incident.
