More than 500,000 homes and businesses are still suffering from power outages after several storms hit the region, CNN reported today, Saturday.
On Thursday, the city of Houston was exposed to heavy rain and winds of 161 kilometers per hour. The trees and electricity poles have fallen, and the windows of a number of buildings got shattered.
