The  Czech Senate ( the upper camera o parliament) is going to consider the accusation of President Milosz Zeman of high treason after his statements  Furbitice accident '' according to the Czech TV.

The Czech TV has quoted Miloš Vesterchila president of the higher camera of Parliament as saying that the Senate is mulling over filing a constitutional lawsuit of high treason against the president of the republic on the backdrop of pulging top secret information over his speech yesterday, Sunday, about  Furbitice accident when two strong explosions rocked an ammunition dump that killed two civilians in 2014.

President of the Czech Senate added that senators have started signing a petition against the president of the republic of high treason for preferring interests of a foreign country to the national interests.

During his speech, Zeman said that the ongoing investigation into the 2015 explosions, considered two hypotheses, the first linked to the accusation of a foreign intelligence service and the second is explosions resulted from negligence over handling ammunition in the dump.

He did not rule out that sensation about the incident in 2014 was the outcome of an intelligence trick so the then Czech Prime Minister Andrei Babisch announced on April 17, 2014, expelling 18 Russian diplomats.

Russia has denied any relation to those explosions and responded to expelling its diplomats from Prague by announcing that 20 Czech diplomats as personae non grata.

It is worth noting that another European country followed the Czech and expelled various numbers of Russian diplomats in a sign of solidarity with the republic.

This European behavior pushed Moscow to take similar steps against those countries.

Relations between Russia and the most of European countries as well as the United States of America (USA) have deteriorated throughout the recent months.

The western nations claim that Russia intervenes in their internal affair and threatens security and peace in those of them.
