Cream Caramel is a mixture of 2 main components; milk and eggs with some sugar and vanilla added.
It’s pretty easy nutritious recipe that has a creamy texture and adorable cool taste. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients
1 kilo full fat milk
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
In a pan set on a medium heat, add ½ cup of sugar with 1/4 cup water and set for a while till it turns into golden brown caramel.
Shake the pan with your hand and never use a spoon to stir the components.
Turn off the heat, and pour the caramel in a casserole.
In another pan heat the milk only for 3 minutes and set aside.
In a mixer, add eggs, vanilla and ½ cup of sugar then mix all components well.
Add the warm milk gradually in the mixer and mix again.
After all milk amount is mixed with other components well, Pour the liquid mixture over the caramel then remove the whole upper foam layer by a spoon.
Set the casserole in a bigger one filled with water till the middle.
Preheat oven to 200°C then set the casseroles on the middle shelf for minimum an hour.
After that, let the casserole cool for awhile then chill for minimum 2 hours before serving.
