The Civil Protection spokesman added that rescue teams of the department in Tozeur treated the injured and transferred the two charred bodies from the Shatt El Jerid area to the regional hospital in Tozeur.
The spokesman stated that the Tunisian Air Force directed a helicopter, which facilitated the process of finding the two planes and locating them, and providing the civil protection rescue teams with coordinates, which enabled the rescue personnel to reach the scene of the accident quickly and contributed to the success of the intervention.
