* Potato peelers
Rely on potato peelers to maintain the skin of the potatoes, which contain the highest percentage of iron and protein.
* Vinegar
Add a spoonful of vinegar to the cake to get rid of the fishy taste of the eggs and serve as a cake enhancer for a wonderful colored cake and flavor enhancer.
* Starch
Add two tablespoons of starch to the cake flour because it makes the cake crisp and delicious.
* Utensils
If you use aluminum utensils, be sure to dry the utensils with a towel or tissue to get rid of any residue harmful to health.
* Drying
Make sure to dry the dishes and utensils to allow them to air dry to avoid moisture accumulating and beckoning insects to the kitchen.
