The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt during Tuesday's daylight hours.
Moderate weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
Winds occasionally occur in Cairo and the Red Sea governorate.
The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 meter and 1.5 meters with northeast surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 meters and 2.5 meters in height varying between northwest northeast surface winds.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 16°C in Cairo, 16°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Marsa Matruh, 20°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
