We all know that Circassian chicken is served with Fino bread or toast, as for the food blogger Nevin Elhosseiny, she tried the recipe with baladi bread.
Food Blogger Nevine Elhossieny
Ingredients:
Egyptian white rice cooked in the normal way
Pieces of well boiled chicken
1/2 loaf of baladi bread, mixed in kitchen machine
1 cup of soup
1 cup of coarsely chopped walnut
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper
Put the ingredients on the stove, and let them boil until they become thick, then add the soup.
Fried Garlic
3 cloves of garlic
Dry coriander
1/2 tbsp of ghee
When they become fried, add them to the Circassian, then stir them. Finally, turn off the stove, and bon appetit!
