Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Russian special military operation in Ukraine may end before the end of this year.
Kadyrov added, in response to a question about when flights will resume to and from Europe: "The special military operation will end before the end of this year, so European countries will admit that they are wrong, and as usual, European countries will have to cooperate with the Russian Federation in all areas."
It is worth noting that on February 24 of last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the start of a special military operation in Ukraine, indicating that this operation came in response to a request for help from the presidents of the Donbass republics.
Putin stressed that Moscow had no plans to occupy Ukrainian lands but aimed at disarmament, and the United States and its allies responded by imposing tough sanctions and increasing arms supplies to Ukraine.
