Moments ago, Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry asserted that any political settlement in Libya must be based on an exclusively national vision of the Libyan people without any foreign dictation.
Speaking at the ongoing 2nd Berlin conference, Shoukry said that all the outcome of the first Berlin conference, held last January, over Libya, should be entirely put into effect, without any exceptions.
He affirmed that the transfer of mercenaries should be immediately stopped.
