The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) on Monday annonced that Arsenal midfielder has tested positive for Coronavirus.
The EFA said in a satement that El-Neny's PCR test came positive, while the other players tested negative.
It also added that his health condition is stable and he will return to Egypt to put himself into self-isolation.
