On Tuesday, a rare total lunar eclipse with a blood moon was visible in North America, the Pacific region, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
The sky event lasted between 10:17 and 11:42 GMT.
During a lunar eclipse, the Moon's color turned red as the only sunlight reaching the Moon crossed Earth's atmosphere, according to Nasa.
The leading space agency added: "The more dust or clouds in Earth's atmosphere during the eclipse, the redder the Moon will appear. It's as if all the world's sunrises and sunsets are projected onto the Moon."
The event wasn't visible in Europe, Africa, and the majority of South America. Some countries need to wait for the upcoming lunar eclipse in 2025.
