Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate in the U.S, elections, said during a speech on Friday night in Delaware: "I am not announcing my victory, but I can tell you through numbers that we will win the race ... and I think we will win in Nevada, Pennsylvania and Arizona."
“We got 74 million votes ... which is a historic number. "Biden said.
"I know watching these vote tallies on TV moves very slow, and as slow as it goes, it can be numbing," Biden said. "But never forget, the tallies aren’t just numbers. They represent votes and voters. Men and women who exercised their fundamental right to have their voice heard."
