Tomorrow, Saturday, the elections for the House of Representatives and municipal councils will kick off in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The polling stations will start receiving voters from eight in the morning until eight in the evening local time.
The Supreme Committee for Supervising the Safety of Parliamentary Elections in Bahrain announced that, by the laws regulating the electoral process, the electoral silence phase begins, 24 hours before the start of the voting process in the parliamentary and municipal elections.
The committee called for the obligation of all candidates to stop all forms of electoral propaganda and through all means, starting at 8 am on Friday.
The elections were held in Bahraini embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions abroad last Tuesday, 8 November, and again, 15 November.
The House of Representatives is composed of forty members who are elected by the direct secret general election in accordance with the provisions specified by law.
