Diet to Follow at End of Summer

As the end of summer season approaching, people find out that they have gained some weight as a result of going out and eating fast food, which have higher calories than homemade food.

Fast food, sweets and ice cream have a huge role in increasing someone’s weight. This is the most appropriate time to follow a diet which can save us from any extra weight.

*Nutrient Rich Diet

Nutrition experts recommend following nutrient rich diet that is low in calories. This regime can be applied in fresh vegetables such as; broccoli, zucchini, colored peppers, pumpkin, beans, carrots, onions and eggplant.

All vegetables contain useful and necessary nutrients for the body, as they are quickly digested and have a fast metabolism.

Proteins

Proteins are necessary in any diet, but some people underestimate its importance. The body needs 100 grams per day of proteins, whether lean meat, grilled fish or skinless chicken.

*Natural Energy Drinks

Natural drinks are a source of energy as it provides the body with energy and vitality at the same time. You can have watercress drink with honey & milk, mint lemonade, Boiled beets and carrots, avocado smoothie with honey and yogurt, and honey banana milk shake.
