The Armed Forces mourned the death of Lieutenant-General Abd Rab Al-Nabi Hafez, the former Army Chief of Staff, who passed away, this morning, after a long journey full of sacrifices for the sake of the homeland.
In a statement, Armed Forces hailed Hafez as one of the 6th of October war heroes.
Moreover, it also offered its sincere condolences to his family, the officers, and soldiers of the armed forces, asking God Almighty to bless him with His mercy and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
