Armed Forces Congratulate President Sisi on Hijri New Year

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, sent a cable of congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on Friday, on the occasion of the Islamic (Hijri) new year, 1443.

Lieutenant-General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces War, also sent a similar cable to the President, on the same occasion.

Furthermore, they sent cables of congratulations to the Al-Azhar Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed El-Tayeb, and Grand Mufti Dr. Shawki Allam, on the same occasion.

The officials also issued a directive to congratulate the commanders, officers, non-commissioned officers, military manufacturers, and soldiers, as well as Armed Forces troops participating in the peacekeeping, and civil personnel of the armed forces, on that occasion.
