Jamal Rashdi, the official spokesman for the Arab League, announced that the Secretary-General, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, sent a congratulatory letter to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections, and his re-election as President of Turkey for a new term.
