Recipe of Apricot Jam with healthy, Guaranteed

Apricot appears for a small period every year.

It is delicious fruit but its jam is tastier and it could be kept for a long time.

The jam of apricot could be served in breakfast, lunch, and dinner so it is economic.

**Recommendation: all utensils should be dried.


-4 Apricot kgs

- 2 Sugar kgs

-Juice of 2 lemons

**The recipe:

1- Wash the apricot, remove the kernel and dry it.

2- Put the apricot in a pan and add two kilos of sugar.

3- Lid the pan and put it for 10 hours in a fridge.

4- Then put the pan on a low flame burner and stir the mix.

5- Remove the froth with a wooden ladle.

6- Add the juice of 2 lemons.

7- Continue stirring the mix.

8- Put some of the mix in a white dish to test the doneness of the jam. If it stays still it is done.

9- After the jam cooled put it in very dried jars.

You can put the jars on a warm stove for 2 minutes to reassure the dryness of the jars.

It is important to fill the jars up to the brink.
