Ingredients
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before use, spread it out in a tart pan (25 cm in size), and remove the excess.
Cover it with parchment paper or aluminum foil and put beans or any legumes on it so that the cover is pressed against the puff pastry not to be peeled off.
Place it in the oven at the temperature of 220 for 10 minutes, then remove it and leave it to cool.
Stuffing:
Cut an onion into small pieces and sauté it over high heat with a bit of oil until they become yellow, then added 450 grams of minced meat, and stir everything together.
Add seasonings once the color of the meat changes, then remove it from the saucepan and put it in a deep dish to get rid of any fat and let it cool.
Preparing meat:
2 tomatoes cut into small pieces
Green bell pepper cut into small pieces
Half a cup of mozzarella cheese (or any type of cheese)
Egg mixture
Preparing egg mixture:
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of cream
Salt and Pepper
Stir all the ingredients together and put them on the puff pastry in the mold, and add mozzarella cheese on top.
Place it in the oven at the temperature of 220 for 15 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 180 and leave it for 12 minutes.
Turn on the top of the grill for two minutes for a red surface.
