The previous leg ended with a goalless draw and it took place in Congo.
After their qualification, Mazembe will face Egypt's Al Ahly in the semi-final of the CAF Champions League.
On Friday, Al Ahly defeated Tanzanian Simba 2-0 in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.

Al Ahly also won the previous leg that hosted in Tanzania 1-0. Ahmed Nabil Koka scored the game's only goal.
