On Friday, the official platforms of Al Ahly announced the signing of Zed's defender Mostafa El Esh, and Slovenian forward Nejc Gradišar from Hungarian club Várda FC, during the current winter transfer window.
Al Ahly officials successfully signed with El Esh on loan from Zed FC for six months, until the conclusion of the Red Devils' participation in the FIFA Club World Cup in July.
The deal is a loan without to-buy option, and if Al Ahly wishes to sign the player permanently, they will need to negotiate his transfer next summer.
Al Ahly also secured the signature of Slovenian striker Nejc Gradišar for four and a half seasons, starting from the current winter transfer window, after intensive negotiations.
The player will receive $700,000 per season, with an increase of $100,000 each year. Várda FC will receive $1.1 million.
