Al Ahly sends official letter of thanks to Al Masry Club

Al Ahly Club sent a letter of thanks to the board of directors of Al Masry Club of Port Said, expressing appreciation for their congratulations on the election of a new board of directors for the Red Devils.

In its letter, Al Ahly emphasized its pride in the strong relationship between the two clubs, noting that the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect among all Egyptian sports institutions remains the foundation for supporting and developing Egyptian sports.

Al Ahly concluded its letter by wishing Al Masry Club continued success and prosperity in the coming period, in order to raise the banner of Egyptian sports.

The board of directors of Al Masry Club had previously congratulated the new Al Ahly board of directors after their victory in the recent elections held at the Red Castle. Al Masry's congratulatory message read as follows:

The board of directors of Al Masry Club, headed by Kamel Abu Ali, extended its sincere congratulations to the board of directors of Al Ahly Club, following their gaining the confidence of the Al Ahly General Assembly for the 2025/2029 term, wishing the new board continued success and guidance in leading Al Ahly Club.

Al Masry Club drew with Al Ahly in the 13th round of the league, with no goals, during the match that brought the two teams together at Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
