Al Ahly Heads African Clubs Ranking

Al Ahly are at the top of the African clubs according to the latest reports of the International Federation of Football History & Statistics, media outlets reported on Thursday.

The federation enlisted 20 African clubs after the end of the CAF Champions League, and Confederation Cup group stage.

Al Ahly came at the top by 217 points, followed by the Morrocan Wydad with 175.

Al Zamalek came third with 163 points, and Pyramids are fourth with 142 points.

Future was also enlisted seventh with 125 points.

Al Ahly will face Raja in the quarter-final of the CAF Champions League in home and away game between April 22 and 28.
