Egypt’s Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport on Saturday received the 1st Swiss Air flight after a five-year hiatus.
The flight coming from Geneva was carrying 62 tourists.
Airport officials and a number of security leaders received the tourists and distributed roses and gifts to them.
In press statements, Sharm al-Sheikh airport head Nabil el Maleh said the flight will be operated every Saturday.
