Egypt's junior fencing team won gold in the African U-20 Championship, held in the Ghanaian capital "Accra" from 16 to 20 February.
The national team kicked off the tournament by beating South Africa in the semi-finals 45-10.
Egypt beat Algeria in the final 45-26.
