Afghan Defense Ministry: 375 Taliban Terrorists Killed in 24 Hours

On Tuesday, the Afghan Defense Ministry Tuesday, at least 375 Taliban militants were killed and 193 more were injured during confrontations with Afghan security forces.

The government noted, in a statement, that the operations were carried out across Afghanistan's provinces and that the Taliban suffered substantial casualties. According to Khaama Press, operations have also resulted in the recapture of a vast expanse of land.

Nuristan, Logar, Kandahar, Oruzgan, Herat, Jawzjan, Balkh, Samangan, Helmand, Kapisa, and Baghlan provinces were also involved in the operations.

According to a statement from the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, 20 Taliban were killed and 12 more were wounded in recent airstrikes in Helmand province's provincial capital, Lashkargah.
