In July 2020, the "El Laselki" police station, El Bassateen District, Cairo, received a report about an accident at Bussnisman Amr El Sayed, and his wife Baibars' house which led the police troops to move to the scene as soon as possible.
The initial investigations revealed that there a fight sparked between the actress and her husband driving her to kill him with a piece of broken glass.

Moreover, El Sayed father's explained that Baibars mentioned that his son died naturally asserting that she attempted to push the announcement of the natural death of her husband, and get the official permission of burial.

Next, the actress was sent to a persecution house for further investigations, and the dead body of the husband was sent to the Department of Forensic Medicine.
