I followed up the first summit on artificial intelligence safety, which was held in Bletchley, north of the British capital, London, this week.

It is no less important than the climate summit or the summit to save the Earth from destruction due to climate change. It is the summit to save humans from what is called artificial intelligence, which can destroy humanity with pushing a button on a computer to detonate a hydrogen bomb or nuclear warheads... and destroy entire countries by forging documents, images and controling humans by implanting electronic chips. We can not imagine what this technology can do. I do not deny that it has great scientific benefits, whether in medicine, communications, or other fields, but who can guarantee the safety of its use? This is what was announced by the first summit of its kind on artificial intelligence. One of irs most prominent outcomes was signing the Bletchley Declaration to establish an ethical charter for the use of Artificial intelligence. This means using it in peace, and reducing the risks resulting from its rapid development and dangerous applications in wars and the violation of intellectual property rights after stealing content and images, cloning, imitation, duplication and even development of designs became widespread, which is considered a blatant infringement on most of the creative and traditional human functions!.

28 countries signed the declaration, including China, the United States, and the European Union With the aim of limiting the use of artificial intelligence applications in wars.

Although British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak described this declaration as historic and represents the beginning of a new global effort to build public confidence in artificial intelligence by ensuring its safety, but it embodies the “urgent need to understand and manage the potential risks” to it through a new global effort to ensure its development and dissemination with a safe manner.

In fact, I believe that this is another front opened by the rational people of human civilization and a door to evil that should be closed or rationalized while cooperation among countries should be invested in the interest of humanity and not only in the interest of those who possess technology.

Well, the conference is being held amid the bloody war waged by Israel on the occupied Palestinian territories in Gaza, and the war between Russia and Ukraine.

There are potential wars in the future, and the victims are always innocent civilians, women and children who face the latest technological killing machines.

I believe that the success of international cooperation in such conferences in the future depends on what humanity achieves in challenges and traditional wars, If we succeed in eliminating conflicts, racism, colonialism, wars and destruction that result from them, we will succeed in rationalizing artificial intelligence and blocking the pretexts for future wars!
