A Dialogue for The Future of Egypt

On Wednesday, the first session of the national dialogue will kick off, we have been waiting for it for a long time, and it coincides with the World Press Freedom Day.  it's a significant democratic gesture and in view of the hopes that have been placed on this democratic dialogue since it launched  by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who works hard to build, construct, and launch a democratic dialogue that opens a chapter of hope for a new republic, Therefore, a large number of Egyptians from different directions, classes and political trends are expected to follow up it. 

Dr. Diaa Rashwan, the general coordinator of the national dialogue, announced the formation of 19 committees in various majors  to discuss all community issues without restrictions, warnings, or red lines, and if the council agreed on a single concept, it would be submitted directly to the President of the Republic just like what happened in its recommendation that the next general election in Egypt, whether presidential or parliamentary, be under full judicial supervision, the president brought it to the parliament for discussion, so I expect broad participation to get the best outcomes on all issues.

We are all waiting for the dialogue , as it opens all doors to political agreement on controversial or non-controversial issues and listens to suggestions and establishes solutions. This session will focus on problems and important issues, including citizenship, equality, respect for others, and human rights as the main goal for the citizens is to feel their legal right to express their opinion, which is protected by the law, meanwhile the state will definitely benefit from all the opinions, legislation, proposals and new policies that come out from the dialogue on the political, social, and economic issues. 

I believe that all parties are working hard to come out with a good, constructive and successful dialogue to establish the new republic, its slogan "the road to the new republic" . 

As long as we want to enter a new stage and a new republic, we must take advantage of all opinions and proposals. Therefore, I believe that this dialogue represents a new stage that is established for the future Egypt, the new Egypt that we aspire for.
