Sudanese media reported on Saturday that 6 people were killed in a horrific accident in Port Sudan after unknown assailants threw a hand grenade at the "Amir" sports club in the Slabona neighborhood.
Eyewitnesses said that the attack on the club was followed by shooting, which injured others.

Reports added that during the escape of the perpetrators, they shot a woman, which also led to her death.
Eyewitnesses explained that the neighborhood youth managed to disable the motorcycle that the three perpetrators were traveling in, and two of them escaped, while they caught one.
Information revealed that the police had spotted some suspects, and pursuit operations are currently underway.The Sudanese authorities have not revealed the motives behind the attack so far.
