UNRWA thanked the State of Japan for its decision to resume support for UNRWA, continue funding for Palestine refugees, and continue the partnership between them for more than 70 years.
UNRWA said that Japan will provide a financial contribution worth 35 million US dollars.
The agency added that Japan's contribution will be made to supplies women and infants in Gaza.
This contribution will also be provided for medical services and assistance to youth throughout the region.
