A series of shootings in central Florida has left three people dead, including a 9-year-old girl and a journalist, according to police. The shootings took place in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Orlando.
In the first shooting, which occurred at around 11 a.m., a woman in her 20s was killed after the suspect shot her when they were in the same car together, Orange County Sheriff John Mina said.
At around 4 pm, as news crews were about to report the murder in the morning, the same suspect returned to the scene and shot two journalists, a reporter and a photographer, one of whom later died.
The suspect allegedly entered a nearby house and shot a woman and her 9-year-old daughter.
