Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced, Saturday, the arrest of 3 persons, who believed to be extremists, including two under the age of 18, as they possessed unlicensed weapons.
“The ministry’s security services managed to arrest two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, and another adult, who were possessing unlicensed weapons,” the Kuwaiti ministry wrote on Twitter.

The Ministry stated that upon searching the house of the two juveniles, they found weapons, ammunition, and emblems, asserting that it exerts hard efforts to track down criminals .
The discussions and dialogues, which took place among the three detainees proved that they had the same extremist thoughts.
On the other hand, Kuwait decided to suspend commercial flights and close the land and sea border crossing as a precautionary measure to curb the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic, according to government spokesman Tarek al Mezrem.
