Sobhy hailed the performance of the team, and Micale in moderating the game against a strong competitor like Spain.
Egypt qualified for the next round while heading the standings of their group for the first time in Egypt's Olympic appearances with 7 points.
Moreover, Egypt became the top Arabic nation which has Olympic victories in football competitions with 12 victories.
