A tragic bus accident involving students from Galala University resulted in the death of 13 students and left 25 others injured.
Most of the victims were from the university’s Faculty of Medicine. The injured students were immediately transported to Suez Medical Complex for treatment.
Civil defense forces and 30 ambulances were swiftly dispatched to the scene to aid in transporting the victims.
The Suez ambulance service received an emergency report of the bus overturning while it was returning from the university at the end of the academic day.
