There is no doubt that after two weeks of mandatory quarantine, we are all become pretty bored of the repetitive and uneventful days.
Therefore, here is a ten minute HIIT workout - no repeat and no equipment- that you can do at home.
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and studies around the world have shown that it is a great and effective way to get in shape.
The way a HIIT session works is that you drill intensely through an exercise followed by a short recovery period.
For today’s workout, we have 10 exercises 45 seconds on with 15 seconds rest:
1. Jumping Jacks are a great cardio exercise to get your heart pumping and start your workout.

2. Squats are a great lower body exercise session to work your thighs and glutes.

3. Sit-ups are a classic ab exercise that works your entire abdominal muscles.

4. Plank with shoulder taps is a great exercise that works your entire body but specially your arms and shoulders.

5. Inchworms are a great full body exercise that targets all your main muscle groups.
6. High knees is a great cardio exercise that also targets your lower abs.
7. Sumo squats are a great lower body move that targets your inner thighs.

8. Bicycle crunches are an ab exercise that works your entire abdominals and obliques.
9. Push-ups are a classic full body exercise that targets your upper body.
