In a tragic turn of events, armed assailants claimed the lives of ten individuals in a region in western Democratic Republic of Congo on Tuesday, as reported by local sources.
The Member of Parliament representing the Kwamouth region stated that the attackers "killed 11 people, including women" in the village of Fadiaka in southern Kwamouth.
Kwamouth is situated in the Mai-Ndombe province.
