The Pakistani military announced late Monday it will respond to recent Indian strikes, which it claims targeted infrastructure in Pakistan and in the disputed Jammu and Kashmir region.
According to Pakistan’s statement, the Indian army launched missiles at three sites. India said the attacks were aimed at what it described as “terror infrastructure” under an operation named Sindoor.
Tensions remain high between the two nuclear-armed neighbors amid growing cross-border confrontations.
