The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Tuesday’s daylight hours.
Moderately warm weather is also expected to hit the North Coast, while South Sinai and the South Upper Egypt to experience extremely hot conditions.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and North of the country.
Dusty winds will occur occasionally South of the country, Western Sahara, South Sinai, and the Red Sea Governorate.
There will also be a disruption of maritime navigation in the in Red Sea and Gulf of Suez with wind speed reaching 50 to 70 km/hr and wave height ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 meters.
The Red Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 31°C in Cairo, 25°C in Alexandria, 24°C in Marsa Matruh, 36°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
