Batman's Voice Actor Kevin Conroy Passes away

Actor Kevin Conroy, who is best known for voicing DC's iconic hero Batman, passed away at the age of 66 years old, on Thursday.

Although the cause of death is not revealed, the news was confirmed by actress Diana Pershing who worked with Conroy.

The actor left behind legendary stuff such as the Caped Crusader and Batman. His career surpassed 30 years.

Hundreds of tributes were posted by the late actor's friends and fans after the tragic news of Conroy's death.

Pershing said: "Very sad news: our beloved voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy, died yesterday."

She added: "He's been ill for a while but he really put in a lot of time at the cons, to the joy of all of his fans. He will be sorely missed not just by the cast of the series but by his legion of fans all over the world."

Leading publisher and producer DC tweeted: "DC is deeply saddened at the passing of Kevin Conroy, a legendary actor and the voice of Batman for multiple generations. He will be forever missed by his friends, family, and fans."
