Egyptian actor, Amr Youssef sustained Sunday a minor injury while filming his TV series “Waed Iblis” outdoors in Ramsis Square, in Cairo governorate, Egypt.
Youssef was filming an action scene that required him to run fast when he fell to the ground and injured his foot.
He resumed shooting after his recovery.
The series, initially titled “Al Oqd”, is directed by Colin Teague and revolves around a man who allies himself with the devil.
It also stars Razan El Moghrabi, Aïcha Ben Ahmed, Ahmed Magdy, Maha Abou Ouf, and others.
“Waed Iblis” consists of 6 episodes and is set to debut on a streaming service in November.
