Modric praises Egypt: A few wonderful days.

Luka Modric, captain of Croatia and Real Madrid's star midfielder, praised the wonderful time he spent on Egyptian soil with his country's national team delegation, on the sidelines of participating in the Egyptian Capital Cup, which they won yesterday after beating Egypt 4-2.

Luka Modric, the Croatia national team star, wrote on his official Instagram account, saying: “A wonderful few days in Egypt.”

The Croatia national team, led by Luka Modric, began its campaign in the Egyptian Capital Cup by defeating Tunisia on penalties 5-4.

Then the Croatian national team defeated Egypt 4-2 in the match that was held between them at the New Administrative Capital Stadium yesterday, Tuesday.

The Croatia national team delegation visited the Pyramids of Giza, to learn about the tourist and archaeological attractions in Egypt.
