The Federation International Football Association (FIFA) will announce the final shortlist for the Best FIFA Football Awards on Monday.
The winners of the “Best Awards” will be revealed during the annual FIFA celebration in Milan on Monday 23 September.
The final shortlist decided by a vote of a number of coaches of different national teams from all over the world, together with a number of journalists selected by FIFA, as well as the vote of the fans.
This vote was made after the announcement of the Nominees in July.
It is worth mentioning that Liverpool star Mohamed Salah was nominated for the Best FIFA Men’s Player award for 2019 on Wednesday, July 31.
The iconic Egyptian star was named on the 10-man shortlist for the prestigious accolade, which recognizes the best male player over the last 12 months.
Salah’s nomination comes in recognition of his remarkable season at Anfield as he led the Reds to claim the UEFA Champions League.
The list witnessed the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Sadio Mane.
The final shortlist will include three names for each of the following awards:
