Argentinian star Lionel Messi had a hard night, Saturday, in Paris Saint Germain.
Messi was loudly booed and jeered by the fans of the French-based club.
PSG were defeated 3-2 by Clermont, whose budget is the smallest in the Ligue 1.
The boos targeted Neymar and PSG Coach Christophe Galtier.
Messi had 21 goals and 20 assists for PSG in all competitions this season since his move from Barcelona to PSG.
Galtier told reporters: "I had the privilege of coaching the best player in the history of football. This will be his last match at the Parc des Princes, and I hope that he will receive the warmest of welcomes."
"This year, he has been an important part of the team, always available. I don't think any of the comments or criticisms are justified," he added.
